Private Assessment/Intro Session: (GYROTONIC®/Pilates/Yamuna Body Rolling/Yoga): A 60 min session for our instructor to see where your body is out of balance or muscles are weak and help you understand how that may be contributing to your health issues. A private workout will be comprehensively tailored to your needs for maximum results using our state of the art equipment. For safety concerns and to get the most benefit, 10 private training sessions are recommended before considering attending a group class. (note: All students with injuries or known limitations are required to do private sessions initially). Semi-Private (Duet) Session: (2 students) (GYROTONIC®/Pilates/Yamuna Body Rolling) All sessions are 60 minutes. Two students working together with one instructor is a great way to enjoy the benefits of our programs. Receive the full benefit of doing an intelligent equipment workout that will allow you to progress further into more advanced work safely and with proper attention to your specific needs. A minimum of two semiprivate sessions per week is recommended to keep fine-tuning your body and continue to reach your goals. Group Session (Trio) Session: (3 students) (GYROTONIC®/Pilates) All sessions are 60 minutes. Students work more independently in a small group on our equipment while receiving instruction and constant supervision. The group environment is a great way to improve your physical condition and provide “continuity” by making the commitment to yourself to achieving ongoing progress to gain optimal alignment and maximum performance. A minimum of two or three group sessions per week will allow you to advance and see muscle specific improvements in the quality of your movements in every aspect of your daily activities.
Mat Classes: (Pilates/Yoga) We offer regular pilates exercise programs and yoga classes “on the mat” at various levels and throughout the week. These economical classes are provided to strengthen your body, improve joint mobility, balance and muscle flexibility and get results! Group pilates mat classes will give you the foundation of the exercises that are used in the equipment workouts and keep you challenged! A great complement to your equipment workouts. Group yoga classes teach the essentials of the poses for a strong foundational practice. Modifications to the poses are given for each individual as needed and teachers may incorporate the use of props.
