YOGA For YOUNGSTERS is a progressive program specially designed for boys and girls to learn the magic of Yoga. Children learn focus, concentration, stress management tools, balance, body awareness, and self esteem in a warm and loving environment!

(No class April 3rd due to Spring Break) Time: 4:45pm. – 5:45pm
